Marin County Codes Advisory Board Meeting with Presentation on ADU/JADU and the Energy Code by Gina Rodda

The Marin County Codes Advisor Board's February meeting will be held at the Marin Builders Association at 660 Las Gallinas Ave., San Rafael. February's meeting will feature a presentation by Gina Rodda, Principal Owner at Gable Energy. The presentation is titled Recent Energy Code 'Clarifications' for ADU's, and will cover information on ADU/JADU definitions and construction through the lens of Title 24 Part 6 (the energy code).

Important Meeting Details:

This meeting and presentation is open to non-MCCAB members: architects, contractors, building industry professionals and members of the public are welcome to join. The meeting will be structured as a working lunch. Lunch is $20. Attendees should bring $20 to the meeting if they plan on eating. If you would like to attend the meeting and don't plan on eating, please email Kellen Dammann at kdammann@marincounty.org. Parking: the Marin Builders Association parking lot is small, please park at the mall across the street.
