DESCRIPTION:The Marin County Codes Advisor Board's February meeting will be held at the Marin Builders Association at 660 Las Gallinas Ave.\, San Rafael. February's meeting will feature a presentation by Gina Rodda\, Principal Owner at Gable Energy. The presentation is titled Recent Energy Code 'Clarifications' for ADU's\, and will cover information on ADU/JADU definitions and construction through the lens of Title 24 Part 6 (the energy code).\n\n \n\nImportant Meeting Details:\n\nThis meeting and presentation is open to non-MCCAB members: architects\, contractors\, building industry professionals and members of the public are welcome to join. The meeting will be structured as a working lunch. Lunch is $20. Attendees should bring $20 to the meeting if they plan on eating.
