Marin Builders Association Board of Directors and Staff Thank Christine Puccini for 10 Years of Service and Congratulate Her on Retirement
San Rafael, CA — July 9 — The Marin Builders Association Board of Directors and staff extend their heartfelt appreciation and congratulations to Christine Puccini as she retires after 10 years of dedicated service to the association, its members, and the broader Marin County building community.
Over the past decade, Christine has played a meaningful role in strengthening the member experience, deepening engagement, and helping Marin Builders Association grow as a connected and service-driven organization. Her work has supported significant membership growth, expanded participation at events, and helped members feel more personally welcomed, informed, and connected to the association.
Christine helped introduce and refine several important member-focused initiatives, including a more personal onboarding process, member check-in calls, a member referral program, and the Request for Proposal Program. These efforts contributed to stronger member engagement, improved retention, and greater value for businesses across the association.
In addition to her membership leadership, Christine developed and maintained key member and Premier Partner relationships, consistently supported event sponsorship success, and helped exceed advertising partnership goals for the Marin Home Resource Guide, the association’s signature publication year after year.
Christine also wore many hats throughout her tenure, helping support and lead programs including Member Mornings, Building Women, and the Remodelers Forum. Her dependable, thoughtful, customer-service-oriented approach made her a trusted resource, a problem solver, and a familiar face to many members.
“On behalf of the Marin Builders Association Board of Directors and staff, we are deeply grateful for Christine’s 10 years of service,” said Rick Wells, CEO of Marin Builders Association. “Her dedication to our members, her thoughtful approach, and her commitment to strengthening the member experience have made a lasting impact on the organization and the value we provide. We congratulate Christine on her retirement and wish her every happiness in this well-earned next chapter.”
The Board of Directors and staff thank Christine for her many contributions and congratulate her on her retirement.
