Request for Quotation – Golden Gate Village Irrigation Repairs

The Housing Authority of the County of Marin (“MHA”) is requesting quotations from qualified irrigation contractors to complete irrigation system repairs at Golden Gate Village, located at 429 Drake Avenue, Marin City, California.

The following documents are incorporated below:

• Request for Quotation and Scope of Work
• Irrigation Repair Schedule
• Quotation Requirements
• Irrigation Maps and Controllers 
• Irrigation Maps and Notes 

Contractors are responsible for reviewing the incorporated documents and verifying existing field conditions before submitting a quotation.

Please submit the completed quotation form and your proposal to cbarta@marinhousing.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2026.

Please submit any questions regarding the scope of work to Chris Barta at cbarta@marinhousing.org. Any material clarification will be provided to all contractors receiving this request.

The selected contractor must comply with MHA’s insurance and contracting requirements before beginning work. Contractors are encouraged to review MHA’s Doing Business with MHA webpage for additional vendor information.

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible contractor whose quotation is determined to be in the best interest of MHA, considering price, qualifications, and ability to perform the work within the required timeframe.

MHA reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, waive minor informalities, and make an award in the best interest of MHA.
