Request for Proposals - Under a progressive design-build contract for Sonoma County, Unger Construction Co. is soliciting proposals for Increment #2 of their Youth Crisis Center at Los Guilicos in Santa Rosa, CA, a 14-bed behavior health and crisis center Public Works project. Includes all building trades, site concrete, and landscaping. Excludes Increment #1 earth moving, grading, paving, and site utilities. Additional requirements: prevailing wage, certified payroll, skilled and trained workforce, community workforce agreement, and LDs all apply.
