E.F. Brett and Company Inc. is seeking bids from Certified DVBE Subcontractors for:
Thurgood Marshall High School Gym & Auditorium Project no. 12380
Date/ Time for submittal of Bid: Monday, April 27th, 2026 @ 2p.m.


Scope of work: Replacement of flooring systems, ceiling systems, fixed and
operable sports equipment and telescoping bleachers, renovation of toilet rooms and locker
rooms, replacement of mechanical, electrical, lighting, power, data and low voltage systems
including audio-visual systems, fire protection systems, replacement of existing counter-weight
rigging system at the auditorium stage, demolition of existing and installation of new partitions,
doors, windows, and storefront systems, roofing systems including joint covers, casework,
instrument cabinets, and various finishes and painting, both interior and exterior. Abatement of
all hazardous materials in the area of work (see specifications) shall be performed under this
contract

This project is subject to PLA requirements.
