About Us

Canty Real Estate Group, established in 1989, is a family-owned real estate company working exclusively in Marin County, California, for 37+ years. Led by the team's CEO, Jessica Canty, its main purpose of existence is to provide clients with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Jessica's additional professional experience includes construction project management, building permit expediting, consulting and permits for ground-up or ADU construction projects, residential remodels, and retroactive permits for construction already built but not permitted. Jessica ran her father's SF 50-man interior design/architectural firm for 10 years, co-owned a construction company with her husband, a general contractor, specializing in high-end remodels in Marin and SF. Canty Real Estate Group has relationships with planning and building departments at the County of Marin, Sausalito, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Belvedere, Larkspur, Corte Madera and San Rafael.

Jessica Canty, Broker, MLIS, JD, is a Marin County native and a 37-year residential real estate industry veteran, representing buyers and sellers in a wide variety of real estate transactions. Jessica specializes in residential sales in Marin County, California.
