Flooring Sales & Operations Partner (C-15) – Own a Stake in a 20-Year North Bay Flooring Store

Posted: 10/13/2026

$100,000+ in salary and benefits. 10%+ ownership. A premier full-service flooring showroom and install business, 20+ years in, profitable. A rare ownership opportunity.

A premier full-service flooring showroom and installation business in the North Bay is bringing in new ownership and looking for a sales and operations partner. The store has run for 20+ years and is profitable: a high-traffic showroom with parking and loading, its own install crews, a vetted subcontractor network built over two decades, and direct accounts with the major mills for carpet, hardwood and LVP. Seven-figure sales, growing double digits. 4.9 stars on 100+ reviews. Repeat homeowners, interior designers and property managers, with no single customer more than a few percent of sales. Customers pay deposits up front. There is a booked pipeline of work on the calendar. The back office is covered. What's open is the partner role.

Long-term business partner:

An experienced, personable local professional, prepared to take on ownership and committed to the long-term success of our investment.

  • Proven sales leader. Showroom and in-home consultations. Measure, bid and close your own jobs: carpet, hardwood and LVP, start to finish. This is the job.
  • C-15 qualifier. Your name on the license, and your call runs the floor. Schedule and supervise the crews, check the work, own the callbacks. Purchasing, inventory and the mill relationships. A real operating role, not a license rental.
  • Co-owner. A 10%+ stake, with your share of the profits on top of salary. Sell more and build the book, and your stake is worth more. The light-commercial side is barely worked; a seller who knows property managers and designers could double it, and that upside is yours to build and yours to own.

The Opportunity:
  • $100,000+ in salary and benefits.
  • A 10%+ ownership stake, plus your share of the profits.
  • Full-time, onsite, North Bay.
  • I come from the finance and operations side. I carry financing, books, payroll and systems so you can focus on customers and crews.
  • I'm based in San Francisco, a Santa Clara University graduate, and will be bringing in work through my Bay Area network for you to close.
  • You walk into a working business, not a startup. The customers, crews, supplier accounts and reputation are already earned.

Likely Candidate Matches:
  • A C-15 holder running a small shop or crew who would rather sell and build than carry everything alone.
  • A former qualifier who stepped back in the last five years and wants back in, as an owner this time.
  • The number two at a bigger flooring shop (sales manager, operations manager, lead estimator) who is done building someone else's equity.
  • A journey-level pro with the field years (four-plus at journey level or above) ready to sit the exam.

Hold a C-15, or have the field years to qualify? That's worth a call.

Please call (or text) Andrew Colletti at 415-488-7210, or email colletti@deltacapital.io, ideally with your license number (or your field years) and a good time to talk.

A signed NDA will be needed; conversations are confidential.

I look forward to hearing from you.
