Residential Draftsperson and Intermediate Architect - Freelance/Remote

Two positions:

Looking for a Part or Full-time (Autocad) draftsperson well versed in high-end residential. This is for a single family house renovation in SF, and we're at the start of the Schematic Design Phase.

The Intermediate Architect candidate should know how to create and organize the Design Phase Sets, as well as a Permit Set. Detailing capabilities a plus.
+4 years experience.

Hourly based on level of experience.
