This month's meeting will feature a presentation by Shannon Hughes with Enlivened Studios on the topic, 'How to Create a Thriving, People-First Culture'.
People-First Cultures prioritize and elevate the employees who comprise it, by inviting their voices, purpose, and insights, through trusting and authentic leadership. In the ever-changing business environment of today, achieving success goes beyond mere financial metrics. Instead, it hinges on the combined influence of a unified culture that resonates with a company’s mission, vision, and values. These methods and skills are easily learned and implemented with the right level of commitment.
In Shannon's presentation, she will explore:
- Understanding the core principles of a People-First Culture
- Implementing actionable strategies for employee engagement and satisfaction
- Real-life examples and case studies demonstrating the positive impact on businesses
The mission of this group is to help build our networks, address issues in our industry from the female perspective and ultimately build our strength as a community of women within construction in the North Bay.
Each meeting will feature a member presentation, three mini-member marketing presentations, or a topic discussion as set by the group. As always, there will be networking and opportunities to connect both before and after.
