Instructor Luis Quiroz is a San Francisco–based marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and AI Certified Advisor for the NorCal Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Region. Born in Mexico and raised in Southern California, he brings a deep, lived understanding of small business ownership shaped by his parents’ entrepreneurial journey. His work focuses on helping entrepreneurs adopt practical, accessible marketing and AI tools to build sustainable growth.
