Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong hands-on construction knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. This role oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout and requires a deep understanding of construction sequencing, quality standards, and jobsite execution.

This is not an entry-level or administrative project management role — strong field and construction experience is required.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, punctual, proactive, and takes full ownership of project outcomes. This position relies heavily on Buildertrend for scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish
• Apply strong construction knowledge to ensure proper sequencing, quality control, and efficient execution
• Build and maintain detailed schedules, including a rolling two-week look-ahead
• Coordinate in-house crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep job sites productive and organized
• Track budgets, costs, material procurement, and change orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct regular jobsite walks to verify progress, craftsmanship, and safety compliance
• Maintain thorough daily logs, schedules, and documentation in Buildertrend
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards
• Communicate clearly with clients, trade partners, and internal teams
• Demonstrate consistent follow-through, accountability, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management (residential preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and jobsite operations
• High level of attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and execution
• Working knowledge of Buildertrend or Construction Software (required)
• Ability to read plans, manage subcontractors, and anticipate jobsite needs
• Reliable, organized, deadline-driven, and committed to quality craftsmanship
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
