North Bay Property Managers Forum

Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties, in collaboration with the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) would like to invite you to the North Bay Property Managers Forum.

Property Managers will network, eat breakfast, and learn about all of the energy efficiency funding and assistance programs for single and multifamily residential properties that can help their clients - both renters and homeowners - to lower energy costs, reduce the costs of making needed equipment upgrades and replacements, and make homes and buildings more resilient and comfortable.

Programs range from free services such as Green House Calls for residents which offers energy and water saving kits to rebate programs for making improvements.  In addition, eligible multifamily properties can receive no-cost consulting with a building and energy expert that will customize a bundle of improvements for your property.  You can choose to work with a participating contractor or use your own.
