In this session you’ll learn how to take today’s mainstream AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Gemini) and make them distinctly yours—without writing a single line of code or spending big on custom development. You’ll watch live demos on building a Custom GPT, feeding it your own content, and setting up accounts so every conversation feels like it was trained by your team.

We’ll explore low-cost ways to give AI the “brains” of your business—uploading FAQs, policies, and style guides—plus smart tricks for guiding tone, restricting answers, and storing helpful memories.

You’ll walk away able to:
