DESCRIPTION:Due to the recent events with the COVID-19 outbreak and shelter in place orders\, Smith Currie will present the March 25th Master Subcontract Workshop via WebEx only.  We will send notifications to those individuals who registered regarding the new arrangements.  \n\nMaster Subcontract Workshop\n\nGeneral Contractors Beware!\n\n \n\nSome insurance companies are denying coverage for general contractors who fail to have written subcontracts with certain insurance and indemnity requirements. Make sure you are protected and start 2020 out right by getting a solid master subcontract form and spending 3 hours learning about it from Daniel McLennon\, a 30+ year construction lawyer with Smith\, Currie & Hancock LLP\n\n\n\n \n\nParticipants will receive a well-crafted\, fair master subcontract form\, plus 3 hours of instruction with a 30-year construction lawyer discussing your new contract's important terms.
