DESCRIPTION:Stay informed and be prepared. As part of its 2023 Winter/Spring Education and Training Series\, the Marin Builders Association (MBA) presents Daniel F. McLennon\, a 35+ year construction lawyer\, who will conduct a Master Subcontract Workshop. Participants will receive a well-crafted\, fair\, master subcontract form that complies with California law.\n\n\n\nThis three hour workshop will provide an understanding of key contract clauses\, how they work\, and how to negotiate changes\, if necessary.
