McLennon\, a 35+ year construction lawyer\, who will conduct a Home Improvement Contract Workshop. Participants will receive a well-crafted\, fair\, master subcontract form that complies with California law.\n\n\n\nThis three hour workshop will provide an understanding of key contract clauses\, how they work\, and how to negotiate changes\, if necessary.
