DESCRIPTION:Stay informed and be prepared. As part of its 2022 Late Winter/Spring Education and Training Series\, the Marin Builders Association (MBA) presents Daniel F. McLennon\, who will conduct a Home Improvement Contract Workshop. Each participant will receive a well-crafted form Home Improvement Contract that complies with demanding California law.\n\n\n\nParticipants will receive an understanding of key contract clauses\, how they work\, and how to negotiate changes\, if necessary. Space for this session is limited to 10 participants. The course is being offered both in-person and virtually.
